Charlotte Marie Dietz lives by her imagination and heart. She loves encouraging and sparking magic in others, reminding them they are perfect and they are love. Charlotte’s favorite places are found in nature, where she feels most at home. Charlotte began working with reiki and energy work as a teenager to heal from PTSD and narcolepsy, and for the past twenty years has been expanding her knowledge of supporting the mind-body-spirit to heal. She is passionate about the subconscious, the subtle bodies, deepening states of brain waves, and the parasympathetic nervous system. This exploration has led her into mentorships with Mavens’ Haven, to opening a Yoga Studio, learning Aquatic Massage, to attending Massage School. Charlotte began teaching children as a young teen and still enjoys leading weekly yoga, motor development, and swimming lessons. She enjoys teaching children to grow in confidence and ground in their personality and talents from a young age. She loves supporting parents with bodywork and reiki for any stage in child development and especially when behaviors are tricky. Above all else, Charlotte is a lover of this journey we call life.
