Dr. Jennifer Dorn and Dr. Kyle Blevins have lived in Boise since 2013 and their excitement for being a part of and serving the Boise community has only continued to grow! Their office is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Boise, providing the ideal location for a relaxing adjustment to get connected before work, on your lunch break or before you head home at the end of your work day.

You will receive a personal copy of the Mental Push Plan digital workbook - includes 50+ pages packed full of guided audio, journal prompts and exercises! Created by Carolyn and Lauren. Carolyn is a doula and prenatal yoga instructor and Lauren is a mental training coach. Their passion is to help birthing people wherever they are on their journey to parenthood.
What is it? A digital workbook to mentally prepare you for giving birth. Learn tools based on mindfulness and sport psychology for maintaining mental control during the rigors of birth.
Why Sport Psychology? There isn't much more intense and incredible physical and mental feat than giving birth, so why not use the same mental tools that work for elite athletes?
What's Included? Exercises, meditations, and journal prompts. Easy template for a personalized Mental Push Plan and lots of extras to help track progress.
