Dr. Jennifer Dorn and Dr. Kyle Blevins have lived in Boise since 2013 and their excitement for being a part of and serving the Boise community has only continued to grow! Their office is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Boise, providing the ideal location for a relaxing adjustment to get connected before work, on your lunch break or before you head home at the end of your work day.

Because every insurance plan is unique to the person it covers, it is difficult for us to tell you exactly what you can expect to pay without the details of your plan. Some insurances provide chiropractic coverage in the form of a co-pay per visit, while others provide co-insurance after your deductible. Some insurances require the patient to have first met their deductible before they will begin contributing towards the cost of care, which others provide coverage regardless of the patient's deductible status.
In any case, we try to make the billing process as simple as possible. We are happy to verify benefits for patients who are covered under the following insurance plans: Blue Cross of Idaho, Anthem Blue Cross, Regence, Providence, United Healthcare, and Pacific Source. For all other insurance plans, please reach out to your insurance directly to find out exactly what you can expect to pay.
