Dr. Jen, Chiropractor, Black Shirt, Brown Hair, Smiling, Treasure Valley

Frequently referred to as “The Baby Whisperer,” Dr. Jen empowers expecting mothers through education, resources and self-care to help them achieve the best outcome with their pregnancy. As a young dancer and later a stressed out mortgage broker in San Francisco, Jen found relief, connection and vitality through regular chiropractic adjustments. Relieving her body of physical, emotional and chemical stress was the most invigorating and beneficial decisions she had ever made for her health. It was this experience, among others, that led her down the path of chiropractic.

what our patients are saying

"Everything from the atmosphere to the chiropractors gave good vibes only. Toward the end of my pregnancy I saw Dr. Jen multiple times for adjustments to help turn my baby so she was facing properly, and my baby did turn! She was recommended by my midwife. I loved the daily prenatal stretches she gave me to do at home—they REALLY helped to relax my tense and sore back."

“As you may have guessed from this being a five-star review, my skepticism melted after spending just the first few minutes learning about Dr. Jen's approach and getting that first, narcotic wave of relief that came from her initial adjustments. Jen is the genuine article. A true healer with a passion for holistic wellness and elevating her patient's lives through a greater sense of connectedness and wellbeing. Whether you're looking for relief from a chronic ailment, hoping to discover a deeper relationship with and connection to your own body, or just want to hear that sweet-sweet popping sound of your body opening up and realigning, Dr. Jen and BoDo Chiro are just what the doctor ordered.”
