About

Dr. Rae has two great loves in life' being in nature and spending time with her family. As a young girl she grew up in Idaho’s wild and beautiful landscapes as a whitewater boater and competitive skier, finding her way to chiropractic as a young athlete. Later in life her son was born at home in Durango, Colorado, by a midwife and chiropractor. Rae has loved living the chiropractic lifestyle and found joy for nature in every living being. Rae has been through many health challenges over the years and found the most powerful part of the chiropractic adjustment is the cultivation of a positive mental attitude.  She’s passionate about women’s and teen health, as well as animal chiropractic—more specifically, dogs, cats, and horses.

what our patients are saying

“Dr. Rae is a literal saint! She was amazing during my pregnancy and brought relief I didn’t know was possible. After the baby was born, she helped us with his shallow latch while breastfeeding by suggesting a few practical adjustments. She also helped get me and baby back to feeling great after a very intense Labor. I recommend the whole BoDo staff but especially Dr. Rae!”

“Got me on the same day with Dr. Rae after having back and neck pain for a few weeks. Dr. Rae was wonderful in explaining her techniques and made me feel very comfortable. She implements a holistic approach from the setting of her work space, the tone she sets for her patients, and her practice. It was a great experience. Highly recommended!”
